PROTOCOLS FOR USE OF BETA-FORTE:

We believe totally in the concept of ‘Pristine’ Mind, Body and Spirit – therefore, we recommend the consideration of harm minimization or total avoidance of legal and socially accepted recreational substances. These can take away the preciousness of what is ‘best’ in us.

Subligually:

Taken under the tongue. This is a direct route to the blood stream. Place the drops 2 drops twice a day, leave in place without swallowing for 1 – 2 mins. There should only be a slight taste when you swallow. Maximum of 6 drops per day a BUT do not think that more is better. You will discover that reducing the amount taken can give different/other effects. Light experimentation is recommended.

Topically:

Application to skin, joints or localised area/s. Use a 50:50 mix of any of the BetaForte products with a light carrier oil such as Almond, Jojoba or other suitable oil. For general health purposes massage into the skin (Forehead, temples, scalp, chest, front of the neck and the whole back) until all is absorbed. Where local relief from pain and discomfort is needed apply directly to the specific area or joint. Avoid the eyes and sensitive areas.

Vapour:

1 or 2 drops on water in a suitable basic or more upmarket device and allow room to be filled with the aroma. It can be surprising how effective this is. Otherwise, to receive the raw smell of the oil, simply use 1 or 2 drops on a handkerchief or item of clothing so the awareness of the smell becomes a companion envelope.

Pechoti Method:

This is a very old method used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine. Simply place the drops inside the belly button whilst lying down and relaxing. Take your time to let the oil diffuse through the skin and directly into the blood stream via the many blood vessels which are said to continue to be attached with the remnants of the umbilical cord. Any remnants of oil can be gently massaged into the abdominal area of the belly button. Take your time RELAX.

Pets:

One drop for small pets – in the mouth via dropper or in their food. Bigger animals 2 drops per day – up to 4 drops if a very large animal. Can be used topically in the same ways as with humans.
